We are a collective of senior advisors who guide emerging clean technologies out of the valleys of death.

What we do

Most clean technology firms reach a point where the technology is no longer the barrier to growth and scaling means crossing one of three valleys of death.

Proving a technology, building the first one, and building repeatedly at scale are three different businesses requiring hard pivots, different skillsets, and changing capital stacks.

We work on the three things that each pivot demands: commercialization, project development, and fundraising strategy. We put advisors who have done all of it into your team guide you out of current valley and ensure you are ready for the next one.

The valleys of death are full of companies that should not have failed. They got lost, they did not ask for help, or they did not get it. We are their search and rescue team.
